Job Summary
Lead the team at Peel Alehouse by knowing locals by name, running the venue like a modern-day home, and maintaining safety, compliance, and smooth operations. Manage daily P&L, put out fires before they become issues, and drive a high-performing team that takes pride in holding guest expectations. Bring the service, smiles, and energy every shift to turn strangers into loyal guests while managing manual handling tasks like moving stock and kegs. This hands-on role requires current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications and involves on-call duties to ensure the pub remains the local community's hub for footy, family meals, and drinks.
