Job Summary
The Public Works Project Leader is responsible for executing project tasks as directed by Group Leads, guiding task leads, and ensuring deliverables are completed timely and cost-effectively. Responsibilities include preparing project documents, managing project risks, and assisting with proposals. Candidates must have 2-5 years of project engineering experience and a Bachelor of Engineering from an ABET accredited program, alongside strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree from an ABET accredited university
- Typically an EI IV through Sr. Project Engineer level (or equivalent experience)
- Proven leadership, communication, mentoring and client liaison skills
- Strong technical background
- Must be capable of completing a project with minimal oversight
