Public Works Director

Public Works Director responsible for the administration and operation of the Public Works Department, overseeing planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating construction and maintenance of county roads, bridges, culverts, storm water systems, and flood channels; manages countywide solid waste program, airport, and weed control program; ensures compliance with federal and state environmental and safety regulations; responsibilities include short- and long-range planning, budgeting, supervision, coordination of activities and projects across all divisions, and administration of contracts, grants, and agreements.
