Job Summary
Public Works Crew Member responsible for general labor tasks (digging, hauling, moving materials) and assisting in maintenance/repairs of roadways, sidewalks, and drainage. Safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and light equipment is required; must work with crew, follow supervisor instructions, and report safety concerns. Background in Right of Way work and familiarity with local infrastructure or OSHA safety certification are desirable. Required Qualifications
- Some experience in construction or landscaping is a plus
- Ability to operate basic tools and equipment safely
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Background in Right of Way work or flagging traffic is a plus
- OSHA familiarity is helpful
