Job Summary
The Public Tender Specialist will be responsible for researching and monitoring tenders relevant to iKnowHow Group's services, identifying administrative requirements, collecting and preparing necessary documentation, ensuring compliance with bid requirements, and providing advanced administrative support. The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, experience in public procurement and bid management processes, and a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or MSc in Business Administration or Economics, Social Studies, Information Technology
- At least 3 years in a similar position (Public Tenders/Procurement position in Professional Services, Technology or other service-related Industries)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proactive self-starter focused on high quality and high productivity
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience related to public procurement and administrative law (e.g. law 4412/2016)
- Tender bid management processes
- Experience with the ESIDIS platform
