Job Summary
The Public Space Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas in accordance with brand standards, including the hotel lobby, restrooms, corridors, and service spaces. Candidates should have hotel or commercial cleaning experience and the ability to maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing public areas, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness of entrances and guest areas. Ideal candidates will demonstrate effective communication skills, a strong team spirit, and the ability to model Choice’s Cultural Values.
Required Qualifications
- Prior hotel housekeeping or public area cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with managers, team members and guests
- Must possess a strong team spirit
- Maintain high energy for long periods of time
