Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and guest-facing spaces. Replenish supplies in shared spaces and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly. Greet guests warmly and respond to inquiries while maintaining the hotel's vibrant and playful atmosphere. Ensure all surfaces are polished, floors are spotless, and furniture is arranged neatly according to Moxy standards. Requires physical stamina for extended standing and lifting up to 40 pounds. Available for morning or night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning procedures and protocols consistently
- Physical stamina to handle tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Light work – exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 40 pounds frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
- Morning Shift
- Night Shift
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role in hospitality or a similar environment
