Job Summary
Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains assigned public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells, fitness areas, and exterior walkways. Dusts, sweeps, mops, vacuums, and polishes floors, furniture, fixtures, windows, mirrors, and glass doors. Maintains public restrooms by replenishing paper products, soap, and amenities while emptying trash and recycling. Greets guests professionally, offers assistance, and responds to inquiries. Identifies and reports maintenance needs, spills, and safety hazards to complete work orders. Uses cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, adhering to OSHA, PPE, and key control procedures. Maintains housekeeping closets, carts, and supply areas. Assists with guestroom cleaning, special projects, deep-cleaning, seasonal tasks, and emergency procedures. Must be 21+, have a high school diploma, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must exhibit strong customer service and communication skills
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional appearance is required
- Must have the ability to respond to visual and verbal cues
- Must have the ability to work in confined spaces
- Must have the ability to perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must have the ability to perform frequent bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
