Job Summary
Vacuum, dust, mop, and disinfect public spaces including the main lobby, two restaurants, and fitness center. Clean and mop public restrooms while stripping and buffing marble floors quarterly. Maintain safety procedures and follow established cleaning protocols throughout the overnight shift. Work independently and multi-task in a team environment, resolving guest problems with empathy and courtesy. Requires physical capability to lift 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- communicate effectively and verbally in English
- excellent hospitality skills
- self-motivated
- excellent organizational skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends and holidays
- physical capability to lift, push or pull at least 30-50 pounds
- ability to use abdominal and back muscles
- ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
- ability to reach and stretch, bend, kneel and squat
