Public Sector Transformation Senior Consultant / Manager

Job Summary
Design and drive transformational change for public sector agencies by working directly with senior executives to define future operating models and develop strategic roadmaps. Lead teams to analyse and redesign end-to-end services, business processes, and operating practices while supporting programme mobilisation, delivery planning, and benefits realisation. Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity and service delivery. Collaborate with Directors and Partners to support learning and career development within multidisciplinary teams spanning business, technology, data, and change.
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years' experience gained within professional services, central government, Crown entities, local government and/or other public sector organisations
- Experience supporting or leading transformation initiatives, including operating model design, service design, business case development, process improvement and programme delivery
- Proven ability to work across stakeholders, business units and delivery teams to build alignment and drive outcomes in complex environments
- The ability to bridge business and technology perspectives, translating operational requirements into practical solutions and working effectively with both business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly define problems, identify root causes and develop pragmatic, actionable recommendations
- Confidence engaging with, presenting to and influencing senior leaders and stakeholders, supported by strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with digital, data and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve organisational performance and service delivery
