Job Summary
Public Sector Inside Sales Representative (ISR) partners with Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive to drive pipeline and revenue across federal, state, and local government accounts. Responsibilities include qualifying inbound and SDR-generated leads, conducting discovery to understand challenges and procurement timelines, maintaining a healthy pipeline for Enterprise Account Executives, developing engagement strategies to sustain interest through long sales cycles, coordinating discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive briefings, maintaining CRM records and stakeholder maps, and supporting proposal development and procurement processes. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and multi-opportunity management, with collaboration across Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success. Career growth into an Account Executive role is available. Remote work is supported from the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in public sector sales, business development, inside sales, or lead qualification
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-selling environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
