Job Summary
Conduct operational assessments and business process reviews within public safety agencies by interviewing subject matter experts and documenting findings. Evaluate existing workflows to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate business process reengineering initiatives through collaborative workshops. Design and deliver training curriculum to ensure end-user engagement, while defining and leading User Acceptance Testing processes against functional requirements. Act as a liaison between technical resources and project managers to adapt commercial off-the-shelf software to specific client use cases, presenting analysis results to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Requires 3+ years of experience in public safety or business analysis, with a target base salary of $75,000-$85,000 USD.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, Associates, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information technology environment
- Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
- 10-25% travel
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in one of the following: Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD- Computer Aided Dispatch, Record Management Systems, and Jail Applications
- Must be a self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives
