Public Safety Officer

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while conducting regular interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, violence, or unsafe behavior. Respond to emergency codes, manage crowd control, and de-escalate disruptive situations involving patients, staff, or visitors. Escort individuals safely through the facility, assist with property issues, and document all incidents for risk management review. Coordinate responses to safety incidents and collaborate with the Environment of Care Committee to enforce policies consistently. Work 8-hour night shifts (11:30pm to 8:00am) at Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, TX.
