Job Summary
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while patrolling properties to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, provide guidance to team members on safety practices, and respond to situations with professionalism and sound judgment. Accurately document incidents and complete reports in a timely manner. This full-time 3rd shift (11pm–7am) role requires a valid driver's license, ability to stand for extended periods, and commitment to two weekends monthly. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and access to a working phone
