Job Summary
Operate as the first point of contact for patients and guests, verifying authorization, providing directions, and requesting special assistance. Employ exceptional customer service skills to welcome visitors while independently using problem-solving abilities without direct supervision. Manage de-escalation of aggressive behavior per required MOAB training protocols. Maintain full vaccination status against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or submit an exemption statement. Work flexible per diem shifts including weekends and holidays at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford, MA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
- Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) de-escalation training
