Public Safety Dispatch Officer - 3rd Shift

Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates while operating CCTV and access control systems. Recognize and report signs of crime or disorder, investigate disturbances, and conduct threat detection monitoring using weather, social media, and open-source data. Manage centralized radio communication, distribute and inventory shift equipment, and screen employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors. Oversee restricted areas of the dock, conduct pedestrian and vehicle patrols, and communicate with responsible parties to deploy security assets. Document and submit detailed shift reports regarding incidents, tasks, and activities. Work odd hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to protect the FedExForum and enforce safety and security.
