Job Summary
Public Safety Commissioned Officer at Legends Global (Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, Champions Square) responsible for responding to emergencies, protecting people and property, patrolling assigned areas, performing security checks, verifying identifications, completing incident reports, conducting preliminary investigations, intervening to maintain order, and, where warranted, effecting arrests. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid US driver's license, ability to qualify with a firearm at a certified range, and successful completion of criminal and driving record background checks. Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, wear an authorized uniform, and possess strong written and oral communication skills; equal opportunity employer with VEVRAA compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid United States Driver’s License
- Owns a firearm and able to qualify at a certified firing range
- Able to pass criminal and driving record background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to complete mandatory training
- Uniform required
- No disqualifying felony history within specified restrictions
- Must be able to perform duties with reasonable accommodations as needed
