Job Summary
Manages a portfolio of public sector clients (municipalities, school districts, government entities) focusing on risk management, coverage placement, and client service. Prepare insurance proposals, ensure policy accuracy and on-time delivery, analyze public entity exposures (general liability, public officials liability, workers’ compensation, property), support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling. Requires 3–7+ years of experience in insurance account management and an active P&C license.
