Job Summary
Partner with North America Enterprise Security sales leaders to build relationships and gather insights for media pitching. Lead the development and execution of strategic external communication plans for reporters, investors, and key audiences. Create pitches, press releases, blog posts, and other materials to tell enterprise security stories. Build and maintain key media relationships to pitch national, local, and trade outlets. Manage communications activities at priority tradeshows and monitor enterprise security news for crisis readiness. This role reports to the head of North America Enterprise Security Communications & Media at Motorola Solutions' Chicago headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of communications experience with a corporation or public relations agency or in journalism
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
