Public Relations Manager

Hybrid Public Relations Manager for Gateway PR overseeing PR campaigns, media relations, and social content across B2B clients. You will act as a day-to-day client contact, manage account workflows and deliverables, conduct proactive media outreach, draft press materials (press releases, pitches, bios, speaking abstracts), help lead social media content development and scheduling, support client calls and interviews, drive thought leadership initiatives, identify story angles and newsjacking opportunities, perform media monitoring and trend analysis, deliver monthly client recap reports, and build strong client relationships through strategic counsel. The role requires at least 3 days in the Newport Beach, CA office and involves collaboration with clients and internal teams to elevate visibility and messaging.
