Job Summary
Coordinate influencer outreach, manage guest lists, and execute end-to-end logistics for branded events, including venue research, vendor bookings, and RSVP tracking. Support scheduling for high-profile appointments, compile post-event summaries, and maintain organized records of partnerships and deliverables. Partner with the PR and Marketing teams in New York City and Miami to ensure consistent messaging across markets. This remote internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury lifestyle PR and event strategy for a company serving ultra-high net worth clientele.
Required Qualifications
- Collegiate Junior / Senior, or Graduate Student currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality/Event Management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- meticulous attention to detail
- Interest in real estate, interior design, or luxury lifestyle brands
- Proficiency across Google Workspace
- comfort with social platforms
