Job Summary
Manage the hospital's brand identity and visual standards across all communications, ensuring logos, colors, and messaging comply with established guidelines. Create marketing campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials while writing compelling copy for websites, social media, and publications. Develop and execute social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, scheduling posts and analyzing engagement metrics to recommend improvements. Maintain and update the hospital website, adding provider profiles and optimizing content for SEO. Design high-quality graphics, edit photography and video, and coordinate with vendors for print and digital assets. Draft news releases, manage recruitment marketing, and ensure all communications adhere to HIPAA and healthcare regulations. Work independently to meet deadlines, occasionally working evenings or weekends for photography and urgent communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Journalism, Digital Media
- Five years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or digital media
- Healthcare marketing experience
- Graphic design
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong graphic design abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong photography and visual storytelling skills
- Knowledge of branding principles
- Understanding of digital marketing best practices
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a self-starter who can meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Mastery level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Canva Pro

- Ability to operate a computer and standard office equipment

- Periodic travel within the community for approved marketing initiatives
