Job Summary

Lead end-to-end public policy campaigns in the UK and EU, engaging with policymakers, regulators, and industry partners to advocate Mozilla’s open web and privacy goals. Build and drive advocacy strategies to raise Mozilla’s profile in the UK, translate complex technical concepts into actionable policy insights, monitor regulatory developments, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to assess public policy implications for new products.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 5 years of experience working on technology policy
  • Demonstrated experience in the UK policy environment (e.g. UK Government, Westminster, CMA, ICO) with familiarity and exposure to EU policy processes and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and drive projects to successful completion
  • Experience coordinating external policy agencies and delivering policy campaigns, events, and advocacy initiatives
  • Excellent cross-functional skills with international teams and collaborators
  • Strong policy writing, research, and analysis skills for communicating to decision-makers
  • Experience in competition and privacy policy, and exposure to civil society or non-profit technology environments (preferred)
