Job Summary
PKI RA contract for the Department of the Navy to support KPI/KMI services at multiple US locations. Responsibilities include user identity vetting for SECRET clearance and SIPRNet token access, designation and training of Trusted Agents, collection and verification of subscriber data for public key certificates, and management of the registration, authentication, revocation, suspension, restoration, and electronic key recovery processes. The role also involves TA enrollment, DoD certificate issuance support, maintenance of token-related records and SOP documentation, and collaboration with Navy engineers for testing and validation of PKI/NIPR/SIPR processes.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of DoD CAC characteristics and CAC/Smart card operation and procedures including CAC middleware and hardware, with a least one-year experience
- Familiar with DoD 8520.02, Public Key Infrastructure and Public Key Enabling
- Skilled verbal and written communication techniques required to conduct meetings, and prepare reports and other correspondence
- Must be able to work independently
- Possess analytical processing skills
- Have attended Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) RA training course or been a DON RA designated Local RA for at least 1 year
- Possess DoD 8140 qualification of 411 Intermediate upon first day of employment and continue to maintain extended training requirements as identified in SECNAV M-5239.2. (Navy COOL - Navy Cyber Workforce (CWF) Program - CWF Model)
