Job Summary
Schedule appointments, check clients in and out, and verify eligibility for Public Health programs including Family Planning, STI Services, and Immunizations. Transcribe confidential documents, take meeting minutes, and update records while managing front desk responsibilities with accuracy. Coordinate plans, pull files, and answer inquiries regarding resolutions and community projects using technical terminology. Assist lower-level personnel, train new staff, and maintain effective relationships with the public and agencies. Perform moderately complex accounting work and prepare statistical reports as directed. Work two days per week at the Fort Lupton clinic and three days at the Greeley clinic.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with coursework in general office and accounting procedures, business practices, and technical terminology as it relates to the position
- 3 years experience in an increasingly responsible position in an office setting
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Valid Driver's License
- Liability Insurance Upon Hire
- Must pass criminal background check prior to employment start date
- Must pass pre-employment substance screening
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Must be eligible for overtime pay under Fair Labor Standards Act
- Must comply with Senate Bill 19-085 (Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
- Must be available for two days per week at the Fort Lupton clinic
- Must be available for three days per week at the Greeley clinic
- Must be flexible and comfortable adapting to two work environments
