Public Health Nurse

Conduct nursing assessments, screenings, immunizations, and health education while delivering clinical services to individuals and families. Participate in communicable disease investigations, case management, and reporting, and provide community outreach and home visits as needed. Support public health programs including maternal and child health, emergency preparedness, and chronic disease prevention while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with community partners and healthcare providers. Requires a current Colorado RN license, BSN preferred, and valid driver's license. Full-time position at Montezuma County Health Department.
