Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing services in preventive health, home health, and clinic programs, including assessment, diagnosis, teaching, counseling, and prevention services for individuals, families, and groups to promote health and wellness. Maintain patient records and program activity records while preparing required reports under the supervision of the Personal Health Director. Requires an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing with a current Michigan Registered Nurse license, two years of nursing experience, and a valid driver's license.
