Job Summary
Public Health Nurse - Compliant Analyst responsibilities include triaging complaints received by phone, email, or fax and entering data into the IQIES system; independently conducting reviews of health care facility complaints for licensure/certification issuance, maintenance, and renewal to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; compiling and evaluating information to determine degree of compliance; communicating findings orally and in writing; and reviewing and recommending actions when providers are not in compliance. Requires licensure in Virginia as a Registered Nurse or experienced healthcare administrator with RN experience; prior experience in inspection/investigation, healthcare management, and call-center/public health settings; Monday–Friday, 8a–5p; location is Richmond, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure in Virginia as a Registered Nurse or experienced healthcare administrator with RN experience
- Prior experience with inspection, investigation, or patient advocacy
- Prior professional level employment in a healthcare environment or related field
- Major study or experience with healthcare delivery or administration
- Prior experience working in a call center environment
- Prior experience working in public health or public safety
- Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p schedule
