Job Summary
Public Health Consultant (Locum) to provide strategic leadership across Hampshire County Council and system partners. Lead programmes on prevention and management of long-term conditions and improving health outcomes for older people. Manage and develop a team of up to 10 staff, support system-wide priorities through the Integrated Care System (ICS), and drive evidence-based decision-making and innovation. Hands-on leadership role with scope to shape services and improve lives. Requires strong leadership and influencing skills, a track record of delivering impact in complex systems, a collaborative approach, and a passion for reducing health inequalities.
