Job Summary
Conduct full lifecycle municipal finance transactions including RFP responses, bond sizing, cash flow modeling, and debt profile analysis. Collaborate with peers and senior bankers to execute deals for state and local governments, education leaders, and private developers. Build rapport with clients and manage multiple projects under high-pressure deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Operate in a national analyst support hub in Leawood, KS, with an anticipated starting salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus annual incentives. This role serves as the first step on a defined career track toward client-facing, revenue-generating banking.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, management, engineering, or other related fields
- Demonstrated high achievement, particularly in team or competitive settings
