Job Summary
Public Diplomacy Program Assistant sought to support government efforts to combat antisemitism globally. Responsibilities include coordinating events, drafting communication materials, analyzing foreign public engagement, tracking speaking invitations, liaising with Department stakeholders, and drafting/clearing briefing papers and social media updates. Contributes to development of public diplomacy strategies, analyzes antisemitism issues in regional/thematic portfolios, and plans events/trips. Requires active Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree, 1 year of relevant experience, and on-site work in Washington, DC. Travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- ONE (1) year of experience in communications, public affairs, event planning or administrative support
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Washington, DC
