Public Assistance (PA) Project Delivery Manager

Job Summary
Public Assistance Project Delivery Manager to guide clients through FEMA PA, interpret PA regulations, develop project worksheets, track progress via FEMA Grants Portal, and coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to ensure accurate quantities and cost estimates. Deliver program-specific operational guidance to sub-recipients, maintain data integrity, and ensure timely, quality deliverables in line with AECOM standards. The role may be contingent and lead a project team, with expectations of strong communication, independent work capability, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- 6+ years of relevant experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education
- Experience delivering PA Assistance on at least two previous disasters
- Experience and practical knowledge of FEMA Categories and project worksheet development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Under minimal direction, performs comprehensive duties requiring extensive and diversified experience and independent decision-making
- Resolves problems using advanced techniques and procedures
- Strong knowledge and experience in established process procedures utilizing enterprise content management system
- Able to extract reports and perform queries from enterprise content management system
- May train lower level document control staff as required
- Ability to supervise and evaluate assigned staff as required
