Job Summary
Public Assistance (PA) Project Delivery Manager to guide clients through FEMA PA and Hazard Mitigation processes, interpret PA rules (44 CFR, Stafford Act, PAPPG), develop project worksheets to support eligibility and cost reasonableness, use the FEMA Grants Portal to track progress and ensure data integrity, lead project teams, coordinate with architects/engineers/construction managers to verify quantities and develop cost estimates, deliver program-specific operational guidance to sub-recipients, and ensure timely, quality deliverables in line with AECOM standards; role may require lead responsibilities on a project and may involve occasional staff supervision.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university
- 6+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education
