Public Area Supervisor

Inspect guest rooms and public areas post-cleaning to ensure quality standards. Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, and prioritize cleaning tasks. Act as a liaison to coordinate Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry efforts. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees. Document and resolve issues with the Front Desk while communicating updates to the next shift. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Complete required paperwork and adhere to safety policies.
