Job Summary
Oversee Public Area Attendant staff at The Huntley Hotel, Yellowstone Conference Center, and Mountain Village Plaza by conducting daily and nightly inspections, monitoring break times, and enforcing handbook guidelines on personal appearance and guest respect. Lead by example while motivating employees to uphold cleanliness standards and safety protocols across all resort public areas. Document employee actions requiring counseling and complete assigned projects, ensuring staff maintain organized cleaning supply inventory. Work independently or as part of the team to deliver a positive guest experience, with availability for morning, mid, and night shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Professional, positive and helpful to fellow employees and resort guests
- Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds and Lift 25lbs
- Ability to keep an organized record of cleaning supplies inventory
- Ability to ensure staff are cleaning and supplying designated building areas
- Ability to work independently with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Multitasking and problem solving skills
- Must be available to work morning shift, mid-shift, night shift, weekends and holidays
