Public Area Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities for Public Area Attendants across lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, restaurants, and back-of-house facilities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation, while assigning daily tasks, work schedules, and monitoring staff performance, grooming, and attendance. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, report maintenance issues and safety hazards, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations. Handle guest requests regarding cleanliness, train team members on procedures and safe practices, maintain cleaning supply stock, and support the team during busy periods or special events.
