Job Summary

Clean and maintain the hotel lobby, entrance areas, public restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Assist the Maintenance Department with routine preventive maintenance, basic repairs like replacing light bulbs, and inspecting fixtures for damage or safety hazards. Greet guests, provide directions, and respond promptly to requests while reporting stains, pest activity, or broken equipment immediately. Monitor public areas throughout the shift, manage trash and recycling, and transport tools and supplies as needed. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, following all safety procedures and chemical-handling guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be dependable and able to maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on hotel occupancy and operational needs
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
