Job Summary
Public Area Cleaner responsible for cleaning and maintaining all hotel public areas (lobby, guest corridors, public washrooms, meeting spaces, back-of-house areas) to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation as part of The BoTree’s Housekeeping Team within the Curio Collection by Hilton. Duties include responding to cleaning requests and operational priorities, reporting maintenance issues, replenishing guest supplies, following health and safety procedures, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a welcoming and immaculate guest environment. Needs a strong eye for detail, reliability, and a positive, professional, proactive approach to work.
Required Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience
- ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
