Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm welcome and smile while thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, stairwells, and meeting rooms. Polish surfaces, vacuum carpets, and mop floors to ensure pristine presentation, promptly addressing guest requests and maintaining adequate stock of cleaning supplies and amenities. Conduct regular inspections to uphold high hygiene standards, report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately, and participate in deep cleaning projects and hotel-wide initiatives as assigned. Work closely with the housekeeping team and other departments to coordinate efforts, ensuring seamless service throughout the guest journey.

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required
- Candidates must be authorised to live and work in the UK
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Public Area Attendant or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
