Job Summary
Ensure the cleanliness and perfection of guest areas, offices, and service zones by dusting, polishing fixtures, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Monitor daily arrivals against occupancy reports, stock supply wheel trolleys with amenities, and replace resort supplies including stationary and guest information. Assist guests with special needs and remove items requiring repair or cleaning. Uphold Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards, and guest feedback benchmarks while managing shift schedules. Requires high school diploma, one year of luxury hotel experience, fluency in English, and valid Swiss work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 years' experience in a similar hotel operational setting
- Fluent in English
- European passport or valid Swiss work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school
