Job Summary
Ensure the cleanliness and perfection of guest areas, offices, and service zones by dusting, polishing furniture, windows, and bathroom fixtures while maintaining high hygiene standards. Monitor daily arrivals against occupancy reports, stock supply wheel trolleys with cleaning and amenity items, and replace resort supplies including stationery and guest information. Assist guests with special needs and remove fixtures requiring repair or cleaning. Adhere strictly to Six Senses guidelines, LQA standards, and guest feedback benchmarks. Requires high school diploma, one year of hotel experience, and fluency in English. Located in Crans Montana, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar hotel operational setting
- Fluent in English
- European passport or valid Swiss work authorization
Desired Qualifications
- Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school
