Job Summary
Public Space Attendant will own and execute the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, maintaining the highest standards across all public areas (foyers, restrooms, offices, conference spaces, lobbies, fitness center, pool area, salon). Responsibilities include assisting and supporting Housekeeping Associates, performing special cleaning projects, following established cleaning procedures, and ensuring guest-facing areas are well-maintained. Requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a background check. On-site, full-time hourly role with benefits at Kiawah Island Resort.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate, or equivalent, is preferred.
- Previous Supervisory or Management experience of one year is preferred.
- Must work both independently and in a team environment.
- Good to excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
