Job Summary
Maintain resort public areas including corridors, stairs, patios, bathrooms, and offices by cleaning, chemical carpet treatment, and window washing. Support housekeeping associates by running guest errands, setting up meetings, making coffee, and managing linen and supply storage. Cross-train in repairs and maintenance while checking trash and bathroom supplies every two hours. Work independently or in teams with flexible scheduling from 7 am to 11 am, 20 hours weekly, with availability for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to successfully pass applicable auditions or skill testing, background check, physical examination and drug screening test
- Ability to speak and understand the English language
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- Must also be able to sit, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Clear vision (close, distant and depth perception) is needed for navigating office and all other buildings within the resort
- Must be a detail oriented, thorough, and professional individual who consistently provides exemplary customer service to guests, owners, management and associates
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry (time share preferred)
