Public Area Attendant

Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, parking lot, and common guest areas by dusting, polishing, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning glass and metal surfaces. Complete daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning checklists while emptying trash, polishing receptacles, and removing debris to dumpsters. Clean public restrooms, stock supplies, and service elevators inside and out, plus perform opening and closing side work as instructed. Respond to customer inquiries in person and on the phone, report equipment malfunctions or supply needs to leadership, and attend all departmental meetings. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a professional appearance throughout the shift.
