Public Area Attendant- Residences

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of residential and public areas—including washrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, and back-of-house spaces—in accordance with Four Seasons standards. Anticipate and respond to resident needs with genuine care, taking ownership of requests and delivering personalized, thoughtful service experiences. Provide courteous and friendly assistance to residents and guests while ensuring all spaces remain welcoming, safe, and well-maintained. Detail-oriented and organized; ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible full-time schedule (40 hours) including mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain mobility on shift and effective communication with the Residences team throughout the shift to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
