Job Summary
Overnight Public Area Attendant responsible for cleaning and maintaining hotel public areas, including lobby functions and meeting rooms; deliver service items to guest rooms on request; assist with other housekeeping tasks. Must meet high standards of appearance and grooming, be able to communicate clearly, work well under pressure, and comply with safety and hospitality standards. Duties include cleaning floors, shampooing carpets and furniture in public spaces, managing lost and found items, and supporting overnight housekeeping operations; requires a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) and hotel experience in related field.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to clearly convey information and ideas
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternatives quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Be familiar with Avion Hospitality policies and house rules
