Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public and shared spaces throughout the resort, including lobbies, entrances, hallways, restrooms, restaurant areas, banquet spaces, and employee areas. Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and maintain floors and surfaces; clean and restock guest and employee restrooms; remove trash; assist with outdoor public spaces; monitor and replenish guest amenities; collect and return used dishware; perform laundry duties; report lost and found items; communicate guest requests and maintenance concerns with appropriate departments; greet guests professionally and assist with luggage during large group arrivals/departures; maintain organized storage areas and prepare workspaces for the next shift; follow safety and sanitation procedures; participate in team meetings and onboarding as requested.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional cleaning experience preferred
- strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to pass background check
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- excellent guest service and communication skills
