Job Summary
Maintain immaculate public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, elevators, and stairwells to ensure every guest feels welcome. Stock and organize housekeeping supplies while reporting maintenance issues promptly to keep the property in top condition. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following all guidelines and OSHA safety protocols. Assist guests with accurate information about hotel facilities and services while attending departmental meetings to support seamless operations. Uphold hotel standards for emergency procedures and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Perform other duties as assigned and attend all mandatory training sessions. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs, including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend
- Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 25lbs repetitively during entire shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred
- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred
- Basic English skills preferred
