Job Summary
Public Area Attendant responsible for maintaining immaculate public spaces (lobbies, restrooms, elevators, stairwells) to ensure a welcoming guest experience. Responsibilities include stocking and organizing housekeeping supplies, reporting maintenance issues promptly, using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, assisting guests with information about hotel facilities, attending departmental meetings, upholding OSHA safety protocols and hotel standards, and maintaining professional appearance. Requires ability to walk/stand, push/lift/pull up to 25 lbs, and a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred; prior cleaning or hotel/resort experience and basic English skills are favored. Required Qualifications
