Job Summary
Clean and maintain all public areas including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness center, and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness standards meet brand guidelines. Restock supplies in common areas, remove trash and debris, and assist room attendants by delivering linens and amenities. Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping calls while reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management. Maintain housekeeping storage areas and support laundry operations as needed. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies while working in a fast-paced indoor and exterior hotel environment. Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending
- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Indoor/Exterior hotel environment with exposure to cleaning chemicals
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
